Flyfishing Seminar in Irkutsk

On request of the sport-fishing club «Mayak» I have conducted a casting and fly-tying seminar in Irkutsk, Siberia, Russia, in April 2012.

The local flies used both on open water and through the ice, mostly for grayling and Arctic cisco.

The sea-run herring, shad, caught in the Delaware River in May 2011.  The bright Belly-Ups are a good choice for the non-feeding fish.
